We only accept cancellations of orders before the tracking information is generated. Kindly note the generation of the tracking information usually happens within 24 hours upon submitting the order online. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact the BIDI® Vapor Customer Support Team immediately, so we may verify if the tracking information is already generated.
BIDI® Vapor does not handle any returns or refunds for products not purchased through bidivapor.com. For products purchased through an authorized BIDI® Vapor direct retailer, whether online or in-store, the customer must request returns and refunds through the location, or website where the products were purchased.
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement with BIDI® Vapor and return any new, unused item purchased through bidivapor.com. We will replace broken and defective sticks as we offer guaranteed satisfaction to our customers.
Because of the nature of the products sold through bidivapor.com, for sanitary reasons, BIDI® Vapor only accepts returns of new and unused devices. If the tamper-proof seal is broken, we will be unable to accept the returned product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase agreement latest by thirty (30) days after your order was submitted. Contact the BIDI® Vapor Customer Support immediately for returns. In addition, you must ship the item back to our facility latest by fourteen (14) days after notifying us of your return.
You agree that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipment in the event you elect to withdraw from the purchase agreement and to return an item for a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must first have to comply with the return policy. If the returned item(s) are shipped back within fourteen (14) days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw, and the item is unused and new, you may be eligible for a refund.
BIDI® Vapor reserves the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the purchased item to verify the return policy has been complied with. No refunds will be issued for items not shipped back to us within fourteen (14) days of notifying BIDI® Vapor that you would like to return the items for a refund.
If you are eligible for a refund, BIDI® Vapor will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of shipment, within fourteen (14) days from the day you inform us of your decision to withdraw.
However, BIDI® Vapor will not reimburse you for any supplemental costs other than the standard delivery shipping fee offered by us at the time of your purchase. BIDI® Vapor is not liable to refund any additional costs resulting from your preference of delivery type other than the standard delivery type we offered at the time of your purchase.
